Test Voucher Promotion Conditions

1.1                  From time to time, Micron Agritech may, as part of a promotion offered at a trade event or otherwise, provide vouchers which can be redeemed solely with Micron Agritech’s select number of participating vets in order to try the Micron Kit and Services. For details of participating vets, with whom the vouchers can be redeemed, please contact Micron Agritech. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other consideration and Micron Agritech is not responsible for any vouchers subsequently lost, stolen, damaged or defective. You must comply with any rules applicable to use and redemption of the voucher. By redeeming and using the voucher, you agree to apply with any rules or other terms applicable to such.

1.2                  Where provided on a promotional basis, the Micron Kit and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available basis” and without the benefit of any warranties and Micron Agritech makes no guarantees, representations, warranties, undertakings or other promises in relation to the efficacy of such, fitness for purpose, suitability for use or as to the results that may be obtained. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Micron Agritech hereby excludes any liability arising in connection with the Micron Kit and Services redeemed and in no circumstances shall its aggregate liability exceed €50.
